Our practice always carries the latest technology to ensure that your pet receives the best care possible. Because of this, we are proud to treat patients using our CO2 laser. Unlike steel-blade scalpel-based techniques, there is no mechanical contact when we use the CO2 laser.

The CO2 laser will remove tissue with a highly focused infrared beam. The rapid absorption of the laser energy will instantaneously chip away at the soft tissue area. At the same time, it seals capillaries, small blood vessels, lymphatics, and nerve endings. The size as well as the power of the laser beam can be adjusted for each patient.
